Create A Group
A group is a collection of boards, posts, events and files that you share with your members. They might be your local club, event visitors, sports team, your family or just you.
Share Web Links
Share your most commonly used links with the whole group. Things like a link to the calendar for upcoming events, activity spreadsheets, the family mobile provider or the resources new members need to get started.
Upload Images
Image cards can be used to show wedding venues, the cover of the book you’re all reading, or just to make your board look pretty.

Quick Links let you redirect members to common locations. So the /annualmeetup URL of your group can redirect users straight to a Google Drive spreadsheet to pick their weekend activities. Great for sharing and much easier to remember.

Easy Member Access
Add members with just their email address. They optionally get an email to let them know they've been added. They access the group just by typing in their email address and getting a code. Instant access for them and no need to sign up for anything.
